Роберт Хэган (Robert Hagan) - австралийский художник, родился 10 мая 1947 года в городе Мервиллумба, Южный Уэльс, Австралия. Большую часть своей юности провел в путешествиях между городами Брансвик Хедс, Чиллингхэм и красивой долине Твид. 

Учился в средней школе родного города и “не преуспел ни в чем кроме футбола и выпускных экзаменов”, которые позволили ему получить стипендию в университете. 4 года спустя художник закончил учёбу со степенью бакалавра в области экономики. Живописью стал заниматься примерно в то же время, как начал работать,
